At Unleashed, we believe everyone deserves access — to the court, the community, and our content. That’s why we’re committed to making our website, our products, and our events inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of ability.
This statement outlines the measures we've taken to support accessibility across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Scope of This Statement
This statement applies to the following:

  • Our online store (merchandise, image downloads, and digital content)

  • Photo galleries and downloadable media

  • Event registration forms and information

  • Any content directly created and controlled by Unleashed
     

This statement does not apply to third-party services or content we do not manage directly (see below).

Our site has been developed in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We’ve used the Wix Accessibility Wizard and manual review to guide improvements.

Features include:

  • Alternative text for meaningful images (products and photos)

  • Logical heading hierarchy and page order

  • Descriptive link text and clear navigation

  • High-contrast color schemes and legible fonts

  • Keyboard-friendly navigation

  • Support for screen readers and other assistive tech

  • Motion reduction for those with sensory sensitivities

  • Accessible documents and downloadable media
     

We regularly monitor accessibility and make updates as needed.

Online Store Accessibility
We are committed to providing an inclusive online shopping experience. The store is designed to be:

  • Easy to navigate via keyboard or screen reader

  • Clear and structured through the entire checkout process

If you are unable to complete a transaction or access product info, contact us and we’ll assist you or offer an alternative method.

Event & Venue Accessibility
Unleashed Pickleball Club operates at multiple venues. While we don’t have a fixed physical office, we aim to select locations that are inclusive and accessible.
Typical accessibility arrangements include:

  • Accessible parking and restrooms (venue dependent)

  • Step-free or ramp access

  • Seating for all mobility levels

  • On-site support available by request
     

We encourage guests with accessibility needs to contact us before attending an event so we can coordinate accommodations.

Third-Party Services
Some functionality on our site may involve external providers (e.g., payment gateways, booking forms, embedded content). While we strive to choose accessible tools, we cannot guarantee full WCAG compliance for third-party systems.
Examples include:

  • Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors

  • Embedded booking tools or form widgets

As a primarily digital business and mobile club, we do not operate a fixed office. However, we are committed to offering accessibility support at all touchpoints — including event booths, customer support, and merchandise inquiries.

  • Human support if tech barriers arise
     

Alternative Access
If any part of our website, store, or event information is not accessible to you, we will do our best to provide the information in an alternative format (e.g., email, plain text, phone explanation) within a reasonable timeframe.
